I was so happy to hear you rail on your landlord. We are going through similar misery with a landlord. Even with all the rent control laws this man finds ways to be the biggest a-hole... it's a horrible distraction. Very happy you now have a better vibe in your new home.
I raised my hand in solidarity during the rants!! Then went back to wondering how or why I was awake.
